By creating an account or using Trackfinder, you agree to these Terms of Service. If you do not agree, do not use the service.
Trackfinder is a song identification and media appearance discovery service. You can identify songs by typing, humming, or recording audio, and Trackfinder will search for appearances of that song in movies, TV shows, video games, and trailers.
You must provide a valid email address to create an account. You are responsible for keeping your password secure and for all activity that occurs under your account. You must be at least 13 years old to use Trackfinder.
Trackfinder offers a free tier and paid subscription plans. Paid plans are billed monthly through Stripe. You may cancel at any time — your access continues until the end of the current billing period. Refunds are not provided for partial months. Prices may change with 30 days notice.

Trackfinder and its content are owned by Trackfinder. Song data, media information, and search results are provided for informational purposes only. All song titles, artist names, and media titles remain the property of their respective owners.
Trackfinder is provided "as is" without warranties of any kind. Search results are generated by AI and may be inaccurate or incomplete. We do not guarantee the accuracy, completeness, or availability of any results.
To the maximum extent permitted by law, Trackfinder shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from your use of the service.
We may update these terms at any time. Continued use of the service after changes constitutes acceptance of the new terms.
These terms are governed by the laws of the United States. Any disputes shall be resolved in a court of competent jurisdiction in the United States.

We collect only what is necessary to provide the service:
We do not store your search queries, song results, or any audio recordings. All searches are processed in real time and discarded.
We do not sell your data. We do not use your data for advertising.
Your account data is stored securely using Supabase, a cloud database provider. Data is encrypted at rest and in transit. We retain your data for as long as your account is active.
Trackfinder uses the following third-party services:
When you use the hum/sing or radio recording features, audio is captured temporarily by your browser and sent to our server for processing. Audio data is not stored, logged, or retained after the search is complete.
You may request deletion of your account and all associated data at any time by emailing us. We will process deletion requests within 30 days.
Trackfinder is not directed at children under 13. We do not knowingly collect personal information from children under 13.
We may update this Privacy Policy from time to time. We will notify you of significant changes by email or by posting a notice in the app.
